David Stevenson
David Stevenson was a participant on the very first course run by Martin Shaw in 2003, becoming an integral part of the crew of what evolved into the School of Myth a few years later.
Along with Tina Burchill and Tim Russell, he qualified as a Wilderness Vigil guide in 2018, and a year later completed an MA in Myth and Ecology.
With three degrees under his belt (Biology, Psychology and Fine Art), he is currently in his third year of studying for a PhD. David brings a wealth of outdoor experience and worked with the Mankind Project for 14 years.
His previous career has been varied, including several years as a Shiatsu practitioner, managing a whole food warehouse and caring for his elderly mother.
