Answers to frequently asked questions about the Cista Mystica Press shopping experience.
Apologies, Cista Mystica does not accept returns. Due to the nature of our products and content, we do not offer returns or refunds for virtual or digital products. All other products and related shipping costs including artisan prints, paintings, books, t-shirts, gifts and merchandise are non-refundable.
Currently, orders are despatched once a week from our local Post Office, usually on a Friday. To keep shipping costs affordable, most packages are sent by standard post, which does not come with tracking. (Exceptions to this are higher value items.) You will receive a notification when your order has gone to the Post Office to let you know it is on its way.
Royal Mail has suspended shipping to some countries and delays are expected to other destinations. Updates from Royal Mail can be found here.
Audio purchases are available to download as MP3 files.
Books and other items are often posted in separate packages to keep shipping costs affordable. All items in your order will usually be despatched in the same shipment. It is not uncommon to experience a delay of a few days between parcels arriving.
We do. Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, these and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.
